The purpose of the Denver Inclusionary Housing Ordinance (IHO) is to increase the availability of additional low and moderate income housing to address existing and anticipated future housing needs in Denver and assure that moderately priced housing is dispersed throughout Denver consistent with the Comprehensive Plan;.
