Announcing new-and-improved Data Management for Teams
We've upgraded our Data Management Team Plan — and reduced the price.
Today, we’re launching more functionality at a lower price for users of the Koordinates Data Management for Teams plan.
The updated Team Plan allows anyone to sign up to import, fork, share, publish, and use data on Koordinates.com. It includes 3GB vector and 1GB raster storage, with additional data paid for on a metred, per-GB basis.
Geospatial Data Management with the new Team plan
Using Koordinates Team plan, you can now import and manage your private data; share data privately with colleagues and collaborators; and publish your data openly for public reuse. You can also build new applications using our APIs and tile services.
With the introduction of Browse Data in Koordinates Data Management (see below), you can also fork your own copy of over 15,000 public datasets — and receive updates as they are published at source. During the fork and import process, you can also join two or more vector and tabular datasets to create new data products.
To see the full list of features included with our new-and-improved Team Plan, visit our pricing page.
Introducing the new Map Viewer and Browse Data
Along with upgrading the Team Plan, we’re launching a new Map Viewer within Data Management. Data managers can use the Map Viewer to preview and layer data, without needing to navigate to the public data portal.
You will also discover a new ‘Browse Data’ option within Data Management. Browse Data can be used to find, fork, join, and export any public vector dataset on the Koordinates platform — currently numbering over 15,000 datasets from around the world, and growing quickly.
Sign up for what’s new in 2020
In early 2020, we’ll be releasing a new entry-level Pro User account. Across the rest of the year, we will be coming out with new functionality thick and fast — including some very exciting collaboration features. If you’re interested in learning more about these developments, join our Product Updates list now.
